This is the RISC OS port of Jens Ch. Restemeiers Virtual PC Engine. VPCE is still under development and this port is not yet at full speed, but I thought I would release what Ive got since it is running fairly well. It requires a VIDC20 RISC PC and A7000 because it uses a definable 256 colour palette, but its only playable on a StrongARM anyway. The speed, on a StrongARM, varies between about 1537 fps but the average speed is currently around 24 fps a real PC Engine runs at around 60 fps. To use VPCE, just find a PC Engine often referred to by the American name, TurboGrafx game, set the type to &0d9 and double click on it. Simple The cursor keys act as the dpad, A and S as buttons I and II, and RETURN and SPACE as RUN and SELECT. Escape will exit the emulator.
