KISSTools is a set of file conversion utilities to enable RISC OS users to create and edit their own dolls, either from the command line or under the wimp. For KISSTools to be useful, you will need the KiSS General Specification KiSSGS, which is available from The Big KiSS Page. If you dig around, the same site contains Dov Shermans guide to creating KiSS dolls. KISSTools provides the following: CEL to Sprite conversion Sprite to CEL conversion KCF to Palette conversion Palette to KCF conversion Automated CEL or Sprite repaletting Palette shrinking i.e. reduce the number of colours used by a cel and all functions can be used either from the command line or the Wimp. This version includes some support for Cherry KiSS.
